 Banana & Chocolate Chip Cake


Ingredients:

* 2 eggs

* 1 1/2 cup sugar

* 1 tsp vanilla

* 2/3 cup melted butter and cooled

* 4 large or 8 small ripe bananas mashed

* 3 cups flour

* 2 tsp baking soda

* 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Method:

1- In a bowl, beat egg, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy.

2- Add butter and bananas and mix to combine.

3- Add sifted flour and baking soda then mix until incorporated. Finally add half the chocolate chips and mix.

4- Pour batter into a greased cake pan then add chocolate chips on top.

5- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30-35 min.
